An expert with over 30 years of professional experience within EU institutions. He has held senior positions in the European Commission and the European Parliament, including work in the cabinets of EU Commissioners Frits Bolkestein and Leonard Orban. Since 2020, he has been engaged in academic teaching and policy analysis. He serves as an Executive Member of the Diplomatic Council and chairs its Global Security Forum.
