In just 3 weeks, your team will level up its speed in decision-making, planning, and implementing change. This course is delivered in a hybrid format — combining the best of both worlds: in-person interaction at UCU and the flexibility of online learning. 🔹 Each week includes one in-person session in Lviv at the Ukrainian Catholic University. Here, you’ll meet fellow participants, co-create questions for the author, and immerse yourself in the energy of a campus built on action, ideas, and bold decisions. 🔹 The rest of the week is self-paced and online — so you can engage with the materials from anywhere in Ukraine (or the world).
